For fleets with 3+ trucks
Fleet Compliance Plans for Trucking Companies
More trucks means more deadlines, and with quarterly Clean Truck Check testing coming in October 2027, many are about to double. Our fleet compliance plans track every truck’s CARB, 2290, registration and MCS-150 dates and handle them in as few visits as possible.

Fleet Compliance Gets Harder in 2027
Keeping one truck compliant is manageable. However, keeping ten trucks on ten different schedules is a full-time job.
More trucks, more deadlines
With quarterly testing coming for OBD trucks in October 2027, a 10-truck fleet goes from 20 Clean Truck Check deadlines a year to 40. Add 2290, registration and MCS-150, and dates start slipping.
A DMV registration hold
CARB says that once a Clean Truck Check registration hold is placed, DMV transactions for that truck are restricted until it is back in compliance. In other words, no renewal until the test is done.
Turned away at the port
According to CARB, non-compliant vehicles may be denied entry to ports and railyards. As a result, a paperwork problem quickly turns into a lost load.
25 or more trucks? Paper is out
Because the IRS requires electronic filing for any return reporting 25 or more vehicles, larger fleets need an e-file provider anyway.

How we fix it
Fleet Compliance, Scheduled Around Your Trucks
We build one calendar for your whole fleet and batch the work into visits at your yard. As a result, your trucks spend less time parked.
- One calendar for every truck’s deadlines
- Batched visits at your yard
- Early testing within CARB’s 90-day window
- 2290, DMV and MCS-150 in the same visits

Fleet Compliance Plans
Why Fleets Need a Plan in 2026–2027
Compliance deadlines don’t line up. Each truck has its own Clean Truck Check schedule, registration date and 2290 first-use month. Starting October 2027, trucks with on-board diagnostics must pass a Clean Truck Check four times a year instead of twice. For a fleet, that’s a lot of dates to miss.
